Our mission is to provide 100% customer satisfaction for all of our clients.
Due to strict health code and regulations, there are no exchanges or returns on pet beds, pet blankets, pet clothing, pet carriers, and pet dinnerware. No exceptions.
DAMAGES OR ReplacementS
Diamonds In The Ruff Ruff Inc., takes pride in all of our craftsmanship. As our products are unique and made by hand to order,not manufactured, sometimes there are distinguishing marks and characteristics that may appear as a defect. Please notify us immediatly upon receipt of any product that you may have questions about within 5 days of the original purchase date. Any product that is received with a defect in material or due to craftsmanship, may be returned for exchange of exact product within 5 days of purchase date, with original receipt or invoice.
We cannot accept returns or be responsible for any damage that may be caused by you or an animals' wear and tear. We cannot except any return or exchange for any merchandise that has been used, worn or not in new condition.
Diamonds In The Ruff Ruff is not responsible for any lost returned items.
